SUMMER MENU 2012
QUESADILLA
Two local-made flour tortillas grilled until crispy, filled with fire-roasted chilis and white Daiya cheese.  Topped with salsa, guacamole, ginger sour cream and cilantro. Spicy chipotle and jalapeno on request. 4 

LUNA QUESADILLA
Large flour tortilla stuffed with choice of Diablos, Rancheros or Barbacoa fillings with Daiya cheese and jalapeno on request. Folded and fire-grilled topped with ginger sour cream and cilantro. 5

NACHOS 
Toasted local-made tortilla chips topped with choice of seasoned pinto or black beans, grilled Daiya cheese, jalapeno, salsa, guacamole, ginger sour cream and cilantro. 4 * 

BURRITO
Large flour tortilla, lightly fire-toasted and filled with choice of pinto or black beans, Daiya cheese, cabbage, jalapeno, salsa, guacamole, ginger sour cream and cilantro. 5 

TACOS
served on two fresh-made corn tortillas 
LA PAZ
Fire warmed corn tortillas filled with breaded and fried citrus-marinated tempeh sticks. topped with crisp cabbage, spicy bueno sauce, 
lime wedge and cilantro. 3*
RANCHEROS
Shredded seitan simmered in garlic-chile sauce, topped with white Daiya cheese with grilled nopales cactus strips, pinto beans and fresh tomato. 3 
BARBACOA 
Fire grilled jackfruit simmered in a spicy chipotle-tequila bbq sauce with  shredded cabbage and ginger sour cream. 3*
DIABLO
Mushrooms sauteed with garlic, red pepper and Mexican oregano tossed with fresh chopped kale, and jalapeno. Served with black mole beans and topped with ginger sour cream, hot chili sauce and roasted black sesame seeds. 3*

SLOPPY JOSE'
Fire-grilled tempeh, crumbled and sauteed with garlic, onions and peppers and simmered in a smokey spicy tomato jalapeno sauce. Topped with cabbage, ginger sour cream and cilantro with jalapenos on request. 5 
MEXI-PHILLY
Spicy vegan style sausage topped with grilled cheese and sauteed onion, bell, poblano and jalapeno pepper strips. Served with creamy Bueno sauce.  5
BARBACOA 
Fire-grilled jackfruit simmered in a chipotle-tequila bbq sauce with black beans, shredded cabbage, guacamole and ginger sour cream. 5
CLASICO
Pinto or black beans with Daiya cheese topped with fresh tomato, cabbage, jalapeno, guacamole, salsa, Bueno sauce and cilantro. 5
